Shredded Spicy Chicken

Ingredients: 1 Cup shredded cooked chicken ( canned or fresh) 3 TBSP mayonnaise 1 TBSP Bare Foods Hot & Spicy Seasoning 3 TBSP Bare Foods Spicy Soppin’ Sauce Directions: In a bowl mix all the ingredients and stir really well. Sprinkle with extra Bare Foods Hot & Spicy if you prefer more heat.  Serve on celery, crackers or bread of choice.

Orange Ginger Chicken

2 ½ - 3 lbs chicken (cut into small chunks) 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp stevia 5-6 TBSp coconut oil   Orange/Ginger Sauce ½ cup Bare Foods Asian Ginger Dressing & Marinade 4 tsp stevia 2 TBSP rice vinegar 4 TBSP water ½ tsp red pepper flakes 2 TBSP sesame oil 3 green onions ( diced) 2 tsp fresh squeezed orange juice   Heat the oil in large skillet over medium heat and add chicken pieces. Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:  6 oz diced chicken or lean ground beef 6 oz chopped cabbage 3 cups water 1 TBSP Bare Foods Taco/Tex Mex Seasoning 1 tsp Garlic Powder Salt and Black pepper to taste For added heat add some Bare Foods Hot & Spicy Seasoning Directions: Put all ingredients in pan cover and simmer on medium heat for 15-20 mins. Remove from heat and serve.
